This site belongs to Iglesia Jesucristo el Todopoderoso, 12299 SW 112th St, Miami, FL 33186 ("the church"), and was built and is maintained by Judo Marketing, a company in Miami, Florida.

What you write to receive your message

Your name, whether you prefer that we speak to you as a son or a daughter, and which messages you have already read are saved only in your own browser, to greet you next time and not repeat a message. They don't leave your phone or computer: the messages are already written on the site and nothing is sent to any server. You can erase them by tapping "I'm not" next to your name.

Your language

If you choose a language with the little flag on the home screen, we save it in a cookie in your browser called "idioma", only to show you the site in that language next time. It is not used for anything else.

What you write when you book a visit

Your name, your phone, your email and, if you decide to give them, your last name, how you would like to be contacted, whether you are coming with someone, whether children are coming and your note. We use them only to coordinate your visit: they are emailed to the church so a volunteer can contact you and welcome you, with a copy to Judo Marketing, which maintains the site. We use your email only to send you the confirmation of your visit. We don't store your data on the site, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone for advertising.

Text messages

If you check the reminder box, the church will send you a text message the day before your visit. It is a single message per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to book a visit, and phone numbers and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who else is involved

To make the site work we use third party services: Vercel (hosting) and Google (the visit emails) and, when they are active, Twilio (text reminders) and Cloudflare (bot protection). Each one handles data according to its own policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete or correct your data by contacting the church at (305) 475-3787. If there were a security incident involving your data, we would notify you as Florida law requires.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
